What training style fits your lifestyle and needs?
I only have three rules: work hard, have fun, and be safe. My specialties include heavy lifting (Olympic Weightlifting, Power Lifting & Kettlebells), Fitness Kickboxing, and Seniors Fitness Programs. Sounds funky putting the Seniors Fitness Programs in there, but with the technique-driven lifting skills and basic strength mechanics it does make a great fit. Just not always the same exercise and intensity levels.
Fitness Classes
Either online (zoom) or at a leisure facility near you (Sooke and the West Shore area): Circuit classes, Fitness Kickboxing, TRX, Kettlebell etc.

Online Personal Training
Whether you’re local to me or live anywhere in the world, I can create a training plan for you. Online training opportunities can be as varied as working out in a gym or in the privacy of your own home, utilizing both traditional fitness equipment or common items found in your home.
