For my clients, I don’t give them the generic body part splits with a lot of isolation exercises. Unless you have a very specific fitness goal, think bodybuilding, strength training, endurance, or testing. For example, fireplace military fitness tests. Instead, I hand out full body workouts with primarily compound or big movement exercises along with some really neat core balance and coordination work.

This type of fitness programming is more efficient and will help you get stronger, burn more calories, and better help you to enjoy life’s more fun activities.
