Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
Hey folks, Trainer Dave here. I just finished a session in the weight room. It’s hot out there folks. We’re in the dog days of summer. Remember to hydrate.
Don’t worry about your eight glasses of water a day. The hotter it is, the more you need to hydrate. For some parts of the country, the more humid it is, the more you need to hydrate. The more you’re active, the more you need to hydrate.
Even if you’re going for a day on the beach or out at the park, you’re sitting around, you’re outside, drink more water and electrolytes.
Remember folks, stay hydrated out there and enjoy the rest of summer.
