When do you start?
Hi folks, Trainer Dave here again. Just dropping in as I’m taking a nice little walk at the end of my workday. Sitting out on the beach right now. I just wanted to answer two quick questions:
When should I start a fitness program? Or do I have to wait until a certain time, like Labor Day, New Year’s, etc. to start a fitness program? How do I start or what do I do to start?
When do you start?
The best time to start a fitness program was yesterday. The second best time to start a fitness program is today.
Alright, that leads me into what’s the easiest thing you can do to start a fitness program? Get up and go for a walk. It’s the end of my workday. I’m here on the southern tip of Vancouver Island. It’s just a nice quick walk. It’s 40 minutes, nice and easy by the ocean. Listen to the waves with the wind in my hair. Yeah, it’s blowing up a little bit.
So yeah, just get started. Don’t wait for that perfect time. There’s no such thing as a perfect time. Etch out a little bit of time. Go for a walk. Start out with a bigger walk, then go for a little more. Then start going into the gym or working out at home. Reach out to a trainer like myself, preferably me. We can help you out on exactly what to do for a program for you, especially if you’re in my age category and you need to work around chronic issues, pains, and whatnot. We’re here to help with that.
Okay. If you have any questions, drop me a line. If you want to get started working with me, drop me a line. And all else, just go for a walk.
