About Trainer Dave
Between starting out my working life in the Canadian Army along with a martial arts background, I have the discipline and drive to help you succeed in all your fitness endeavors. Also, having spent many years behind a desk in the IT industry I understand the struggles, difficulty and frustrations with trying to start and maintain a fitness routine.
Currently residing on the Southern tip of Vancouver Island, I know that I am spoiled to live where I do. This also gives me a little extra in-site into why we work so hard to get into and stay in shape ~ to enjoy life and the adventures it brings.
