Hey there! I'm Trainer Dave.
I'm excited to invite you to join our fitness kickboxing classes here in Sooke. Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just getting started on your wellness journey, our classes are designed to empower and uplift you in a low-stress and supportive environment.
Fitness should be fun, accessible, and inclusive for everyone. That's why this class is open to individuals of all fitness levels. I know that stepping into a new fitness program or established group can be intimidating, but I assure you, there's no need to worry here. Our focus is on creating a welcoming atmosphere where you can feel comfortable and confident.
This class is a space where you can leave your stresses at the door, embrace positivity, and build both physical and mental strength. The camaraderie and support among our small group (3-8 participants, usually) create a nurturing environment that will leave you feeling inspired.
One of the best things about our classes is that there are no minimum fitness requirements. If you can walk, you can do this workout! I'm here to personally tailor the exercises to your individual needs and limitations. Whether you're looking to improve your cardiovascular health, boost your confidence, or just show up for fun - we'll work together to achieve your goals. My goal is to ensure that every participant feels comfortable, challenged, and accomplished at their own pace.

What do I need to get started?
Bring a water bottle and if you have, a yoga mat.
