Fitness Kickboxing

If you are looking for a butt kicking workout, Fitness Kickboxing is for you! This class is a combination of cardio, boxing and martial arts providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Times:

  • Tuesdays 7:45-8:45pm – EMCS weight room
  • Thursdays 7:45-8:45pm – EMCS gym
  • Saturdays 10:45-11:45am – EMCS gym
